It has been a week since i made a complaint to you, initially i was contacted by your executive but since then nothing has been done of the complaint. Do i need to complaint to a higher authority, also i have not recieved any reply from your office

I Dr Sanjay Shrivastava, am forced to write to you because of the trouble and mental harassment your company has caused to me. Mr Gaur i have been charged twice by your company for a single product. As you will be able to see from the accompaning mails your staff does not seem to be sorry about commiting the mistake. Some technical point is put forward as the reason for not refunding my money immediately. Mr Jamshed Ali does not have the decency of replying to my mails- he has not replyed to me for almost 2 days. I hope Mr Gaur you will look in to this matter and resolve it immediately

I have still not recieved the first order which you have mentioned in your earlier mails, so there is no question of my refusing to accept it& as adviced by you. You have illegally charged me rupees 3199 for it on my credit card, inspite of my payment of rupees 3319 by cash to india today book club for a single order. I have already recieved the second order for which i had to pay by cash, but have not recieved the first order which was placed and cancelled by you much earlier. The credit card co will start charging me late payment fees & intt from 22/03 onwards. This is a clear case of cheating and fradulently charging me 3199 extra. In non of your mails you have talked about who is to bear the credit card co charges, as your company did the goof up it is but natural that you bear the cost, though your company did not have the decency of acknowledging this. Mr Ali i will not be able to wait any longer and will have to make a Police complaint in this regard, also i will forward our email discussion to all my friends, patients and media co, to let them know how a company as big as india today cheats its customers. Ihave allready asked you for your FAX no so that i can FAX the credit card details.
Hope this matter is resolved as soon as possible and your co refunds the money back to the credit card, and i am spared the mental torture

It is very well saying you will refund the amount after i have refused the consinement, but what about the charges for non payment or delayed payment, the credit card co is not going to wait that long. Either you refund the amount before the 22/03 or make arrangments to pay intt and late payment charges.

I Dr sanjay Shrivastava, having membership no ITBC09902091, had ordered a REEBOK shoes worth 2999 along with free giftsof track suit, bag, &towel. Ifirst placed the order by credit card no (BARCLAY CARD). But due to some problem i was told that the credit card payment was rejected, as seen by your above letter to me. Then i was told i could still get my order by paying cash on delivery. Same goods were delivered to me on 07/03 on cash payment of Rs 3318 (including octroi). Today i recieved my credit card statement which reflects a payment of 3199 on 27/02 for the same product. This clearly shows that i have been charged twice for a same single product. I would like you to refund the credit card payment immediately before 22/03, as payment later than this date will be leived a delay payment charge, by the credit card co. Ihave also registered a complaint with your customer care exective Mr Ravindra, the complaint no being -23496.
Kindly take necessary action immediately so that i am spared further trouble.
