I placed an order for Reebok Fitness Kit vide Order ID no.110015140 on March 20. The order was placed over phone and payment made by credit card. I clearly stated that my shoe size number is 10 after trying out a pair at a nearby Reebok Store. I received the consignment on April 19 and to my dismay, I found that I had been sent size 8 which did not fit me. When I talked to their helpline 1800 1024242, I was told to send a mail to their email id [email protected] and await their response. In reply I was advised to send back the shoes by courier for which I paid Rs.113/- for sending by Speed Post. I was asked to send a scanned copy of the receipt which I did to get reimbursement.
To my utter surprise the parcel came back to me unaccepted by them with the comment" Lene se Inkaar". Now I am stuck with size 8 shoes which I cant wear. There is no proper response when I spoke to them over phone. I have been given another address to send which is not mentioned on their website and I do not want to incur any additional expense.
I placed the order because I was pestered with repeated phone calls assuring me that everything would be sent as ordered.
