Finally, yesterday I got my packet of claiming holiday package after 10 days of payment of Rs.5943/-. To my surprise I found that its only for 2 adults and 2 kids below 12 years. But actually while booking your representative Rajendra (Mobile:9968767510) told me that the offer is for 4 adults and we will get 2 seperate rooms for 2 couple to stay. I confirmed this with him twice or thrice over the phone but he said that he is sure and also gave me his personal mobile number as a guarantee that if any problem arises I can contact him. Now his phone is not working or switched off. And its very hard to connect through your toll free or 011-40502424. So email is the only way to contact you. I am feeling like cheated.
This is a very serious complain and you must take it seriously. Let me know if I will get actually get holiday for 4 adults or its a false claim.
