Non re-placement

Dear sir/Madam,

I have ordered & rcvd one set of dinner set from M/s. India today book club on 22/05/09. There was some plates are broken, i have informed them the same on 24/05/09. But still they have not replaced the broken plates. What will i do regarding the matter? Give your suggestions asap. Because i have spent the money around INR.5700.00.
