Non Receipt of Samsung Touch Phone

I booked a Samsung Touch Phone model no. S5233 on 10/11. Payment of Rs. 8999/- was made through ICICI Credit Card with booking ID 110046461. I was promised for the delivery within 2 weeks from the date of payment. I have not received the said product till date. Kindly let me no the status of despatch.

I booked another product with payment of Rs. 7598/- through ICICI with booking ID 110046463. The product was Philips Combo Music System. (Golden Jubily offer). I confirm to receive the music system on 22/11 against your invoice no. ORA090071341TS. Kindly send me the documents for 2D/3N Holiday package Round Air Ticket Surat Diamond Voucher worth 5000/-
