16 CD Saaz pack not received even after 3 months of placing and payment

I have placed order for the 16CD SAAZ pack 3 months back. I am yet to receive the pack. Payment through credit card has already been for the same and unable to get any kind of help/response for the India Today Book club customer care. The response from them is very pathetic.
