I had placed an order with Today Shop on 27th Feb and was promised that the product would be delivered to me by maximum 3-4 weeks. But it has been over 8 months and now they are telling me that they are yet to dispatch the product. This what they tell every time I have been calling them up. Add to that they dont pick up the phone majority of the time. The payment was made on 27th Feb itself. This is total fraud. Can anybody please let me know the right forum where I can put forward my complaint and these cheats be brought to task?
