I sent a courier on 10th Aug from Dehradun to Gurgaon via DTDC. It has not reached Gurgaon to date. The Gurgaon DTDC office claims it is delivered but tracking on the net shows 'undelivered'. Their call center have not been able to produce the delivery slip to confirm delivery.
I am at a loss as no one is cooperating with me.
